Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit stimulační prostředky ve společnosti, analyzovat jejich dopad na motivaci a spokojenost a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení situace, za účelem snížení fluktuace a zvýšení výkonnosti zaměstnanců. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the stimulants used by the company, analyze their impact on motivation and satisfaction and to suggest recommendations for improving the situation by reducing turnover and increasing the performance of employees.
