Abstract:

Cílem práce je analýza aktuálního stavu problematiky a na základě realizovaného výzkumu identifikace úrovně informovanosti a zjištění možností a limitů praktického užívání supervize ve zdravotnických a sociálních organizacích Ústeckého kraje. Dále je ověřováno, zda a případně jaké existují mezi těmito organizacemi rozdíly ve využívání supervize, a zda a jaká existuje závislost mezi znalostmi o možnostech využití supervize, jejích limitech a pracovní pozicí v organizaci. Úvodní část se věnuje popisu realizovaného výzkumu, v dalších částech jsou porovnány výsledky výzkumného šetření s odbornými fakty s cílem zodpovědět výzkumné otázky. Závěr práce hodnotí dosažené výsledky a navrhuje alternativy zlepšení zkoumané problematiky.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to analyze the current state of the issue and on the basis of the research to identify the level of information and determine the possibilities and limits of practical use of supervision in health and social organizations of the Ústí region. It is also verified whether and, if so, what differences exist in the use of supervision between these organizations, and whether and what is the dependence between knowledge about the possibilities of using supervision, its limits and job positions in the organization. The introductory part is devoted to the description of the implemented research, in the following parts the results of the research survey are compared with scholarly facts with the aim of answering research questions. The conclusion evaluates the achieved results and suggests alternatives for improving the researched issues.
