Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o procesu adaptace nových zaměstnanců v organizaci XY vyrábějící skleněné obaly. Cílem je zanalyzovat pro-ces adaptace ve vybrané organizaci a na základě výsledku analýzy navrhnout možná doporučení. Teoretická část se zabývá procesem zabezpečování nových zaměstnanců a současnými poznatky o procesu adaptace. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou procesu adaptace nových zaměstnanců v organizaci XY za použití interní normy, rozhovoru s personalistkou a dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navržena doporučení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the process of adaptation of new employees in the organization XY producing glass packaging. The aim is to analyze the adaptation process in the selected organization and to propose possible recommendations based on the result of the analysis. The theoretical part deals with the process of securing new employees and current knowledge about the adaptation process. The practical part deals with the analysis of the process of adaptation of new employees in the organization XY using internal standard, interview with HR manager and questionnaire survey. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations are proposed.
