Abstract:
Práce je založena na hodnocení současné právní úpravy týkající se rodných čísel a s ní související problematiky evidence obyvatel, matrik a ochrany osobních údajů.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the legal regulation of the birth identification number and other things connected with this problems such a constitutional grounds, evidence of citizens, registry office and protection of personal date.
