Employee training with a focus on e-learning

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku. Je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které jsou stanovena teoretická východiska pro danou oblast a na praktickou část, která se zabývá zavedením a aplikací e-learningu ve zvoleném podniku. Cílem práce je analyzovat současnou situaci podnikového vzdělávání, zjistit, jaké jsou požadavky jednotlivých částí podniku na e-learning systém, zmapovat možnosti na trhu s e-learningovými systémy a navrhnout takové řešení, které by bylo co nejoptimálnější a nejefektivnější. Práce zároveň popisuje kroky a činnosti, které by měla organizace podniknout pro úspěšné zavedení takového systému. Teoretická část čerpá ze zdrojů české i zahraniční literatury a v praktické části jsou data získávána pomocí rozhovorů s vedoucím pracovníkem personálního oddělení, z podnikových dokumentů a dotazníků. Díky této práci příjemce získá představu o tom, jaké jsou ve firmě požadavky na e-learning systém, jaké funkce by měl splňovat, a jakým způsobem by měl fungovat. Příjemce může získané informace a data využít pro reálné zavádění e-learningu v podniku a zefektivnit tak celý proces při vzdělávání zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the education of employees in a specific company. It is divided into a theoretical part, in which the theoretical foundations for the given area are determined, and a practical part, which deals with the implementation of e-learning in the chosen company. The goal of the work is to analyze the current situation of corporate education, find out the requirements of individual parts of the company for an e-learning system, map the possible solutions on the market, and propose a solution that would be as optimal and effective as possible. The thesis also describes the steps and activities the organization should undertake to successfully implement the system. All information in the theoretical part is based on Czech and foreign scientific literature. In the practical part, data and information are obtained through interviews with the head of human resources of the company, company documentation, and questionnaires. Thanks to this work, the recipient will get an idea of what the company's e-learning system requirements are, what functions it should fulfill, and how it should work. The recipient can use this information and data to implement e-learning in the company and make the entire employee education process more efficient.
