Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením pracovníků v systému řízení výkonu a jeho vlivu na pracovní motivaci. Cílem práce je analýza systému hodnocení ve vybraném podniku, zjištění, zda jsou pracovníci s daným hodnotícím systémem spokojeni a zda hodnocení působí pozitivně na jejich pracovní motivaci. The bachelor dissertation deals with workers evaluation in performance management system and its influence on working motivation.
