Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi molekulami mikroRNA a mikroprostředím maligních B lymfocytů. Přítomnost dalších typů imunitních buněk v mikroprostředí imunitního orgánu a jejich komunikace ovlivňují průběh množství procesů v buňce důležitých pro její správnou funkci. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the relationship between microRNAs and microenvironment of malignant B lymphocytes. Presence of other types of immune cells in the microenvironment of lymphoid organ influences multiple important cellular processes.
