The importance of providing mortgages for universal banks

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena to, jaký význam má hypoteční financování pro univerzální banku. Popisuje klíčové body, jako jsou např. rizika, zdroje financování a finanční ukazatele, která jsou podstatná pro tento produkt. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou hypoteční úvěry porovnávány s jinými alternativy investice a uvedeny předpokládané výnosy. Dále jsou rozebrány další „vedlejší účinky“ hypotečního úvěru pro banku.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused to the importance of mortgage financing for universal bank. It describes key points such as the risks, financial resources and financial indicators, which are essential for this product. In the practical part are mortgage loans compared with other investment alternatives and given the expected returns. There are also analyzed other "side effects" of a mortgage loan for a bank.
