Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na formy vstupu na zahraniční trh. Téma závěrečné práce je „Vstup značky ŠKODA na nový trh“. Cílem práce je analyzovat vstup firmy ŠKODA AUTO a. s. na nový trh, konkrétně trh Vietnamu, a vyhodnotit jeho proveditelnost s ohledem na rizika související s rozvíjejícím se automobilovým průmyslem v daném regionu.
