Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá varování obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách a legislativou. Druhá kapitola hovoří o posouzení rizik živelních pohrom, a jednotlivé pohromy zvlášť popisuje. Praktická část se zabývá povodněmi roku 1997, dále popisuje varování a vyrozumění ve městě Uherské Hradiště …more

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part consists of two main parts. The first chapter deals with the public warning for natural disasters and legislation. The second chapter focuses on the assessment of risks of natural disasters, and particularly describing the various disasters.
