Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití jógy u dětí mladšího školního věku, výběrem vhodných cviků a jejich začleněním do konkrétních předmětů. Dále se zabývá významem výchovy ke zdraví, zdravého životního stylu a postoje učitelů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the possibilities of using yoga in school age children, selection of appropriate exercises and their inclusion in specific subjects. In addition, discusses the importance of health education, healthy lifestyles and attitudes of teachers.
