Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Komplexní rehabilitace po úrazech a sociální práce si ve své teoretické části klade za cíl zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti sociální práce při komplexní rehabilitaci osob s tělesným postižením způsobeným úrazem. Pozornost je věnována zejména konceptu komplexní rehabilitace, vymezení činností a kompetencí sociálního pracovníka, které v tomto konceptu ve zdravotnictví uplatňuje, dále práce poskytuje náhled na možnosti podpory osob s tělesným postižením způsobeným úrazem. Cílem praktické části diplomové práce je prozkoumat význam práce sociálního pracovníka v týmu zajišťujícího komplexní rehabilitaci z pohledu ostatních členů, a to zejména zodpovězením hlavní výzkumné otázky prostřednictvím kvalitativní výzkumné strategie, metodou terénního výzkumu.

Abstract:

The thesis titled Comprehensive rehabilitation of people after injuries and social work aims to find out what are the possibilities of social work in the comprehensive rehabilitation of persons with disabilities caused by injuries, in the theoretical part. Attention is concentrated to the concept of comprehensive rehabilitation, defining the activities and competence of the social worker that the concept applies in health care, it also provides insight into ways of supporting people with disabilities due to injury. The aim of practical part is to explore the importance of the social worker's work in a team providing comprehensive rehabilitation from the perspective of the other members, especially by answering the main research questions through qualitative research strategy, using method of field research.
