The reverse-charge system in civil engineering
Abstract:
Cílem práce je objasnit fungování režimu přenesení daňové povinnosti ve stavebnictví. Práce obsahuje popis režimu přenesení daňové povinnosti u stavebních a montážních prací a analýzu a praktické řešení modelových případů, které mohou v souvislosti s přenesením daňové povinnosti ve stavebnictví vzniknout.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to clarify the functioning of the reverse-charge system in civil engineering. The thesis contains the description of reverse-charge mechanism at the construction and assembly work and the analysis and the practical solution of the model situations, that can arise in connection with the construction work reverse-charge system.
