Diplomová práce je věnována retenčnímu chování umělých sladidel v chromatografii hydrofilních interakcí s ternárními mobilními fázemi. Retenční charakteristiky byly měřeny za využití vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie s hmotnostním spektrometrem. Analýzy byly prováděny jak v systému izokratické eluce, tak i gradientové. Abstract:
The thesis is devoted to the retention behaviour of artificial sweeteners in chromatography of hydrophilic interactions with ternary mobile phases. The retention characteristics were measured using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometer. Analyses were performed in both, isocratic elution and gradient systems.
