Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je prozkoumat mzdové vyjednávání v prostředí měnící se těsnosti na trhu práce v České republice. Pro analýzu je použit vhodný DSGE model pro malou otevřenou ekonomiku, který je identifikován na čtvrtletních datech České republiky a Eurozony. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to examine wage bargaining in the environment of changing tightness in the labour market in the Czech Republic. A suitable DSGE model for a small open economy is used for the analysis which is identified on the quarterly data of the Czech Republic and the Eurozone.
