Cílem této práce je shrnout dopady začlenění ČR do schengenského prostoru, ke kterému došlo ke dni 21.12.2007. V úvodních kapitolách této práce jsou uvedeny jednotlivé integrační teorie od sjednání Schengenské dohody v roce 1985 a Schengenské prováděcí úmluvy v roce 1990 a začlenění těchto dohod do primárního práva EU Amsterodamskou smlouvou. Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis is to summarize effects of implementation the Schengen Agreement in Czech Republic on December 21st, 2007. Initial chapters of this thesis state individual integration theories from approval of the Schengen Agreement in 1985 and Convention Implementing the Schengen Agreement in 1990 and incorporation of these agreements to EU primary law by the Treaty of Amsterdam.
