Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o klientech domova pro seniory. Zaměřuje se na jejich individuální pocity, jak vnímají domov pro seniory a zda plnohodnotně vytváří a supluje funkci domova z emočního, ale i materiálního hlediska. A zároveň se zaměřuje, které faktory tyto subjektivní pocity ovlivňují. V práci jsou popsány hlavní pojmy z oblasti gerontologie a geriatrie, pojem stárnutí a jeho projevy. Dále je popsána adaptace, její proces a adaptace na prostředí. Popisuje potřeby seniora a proměny sociálních rolí například v důsledku odchodu do důchodu. Práce se věnuje i popisu domova pro seniory, komu je služba určená a v jakém zákoně je ukotvena. Mapuje názory klientů na prostředí domova i jejich předchozího domova. Dále se zabývá popisem faktorů, které ovlivnily jejich pocity a názory na tento domov.

Abstract:

This work is about the clients of a home for the elderly. It focuses on their individual feelings, how they perceive a home for the elderly, and whether they fully create and supercharge the function of a home from an emotional and material point of view. At the same time, it focuses on which factors influence these subjective feelings. The thesis describes the main concepts of gerontology and geriatrics, the concept of aging and its manifestations. It also describes adaptation, its process and adaptation to the environment. It describes the needs of the elderly and the transformation of social roles as a result, for example, of retirement. The work is also devoted to describing a home for the elderly, to whom the service is intended and in what law it is anchored. It charts clients' opinions about the environment of their home and their previous home. It also describes the factors that influenced their feelings and opinions about this home.
