Abstract:

Náš svět je propojenější než kdykoli předtím a tato skutečnost vedla k mnoha změnám v podnikání a organizacích, které fungují. různé faktory se spojují, aby se mezikulturní komunikace stala důležitou součástí organizačního úspěchu. Tato práce představuje význam mezikulturní komunikace a vyjednávání a na příkladech ukazuje, že efektivní komunikace je nezbytná pro každou organizaci bez ohledu na její odvětví. Abyste však pochopili podmínky potřebné pro efektivní komunikaci, musíte pochopit různé kulturní faktory, které ovlivňují interakci lidí. Je nezbytné pochopit, jak kulturní faktory ovlivňují komunikaci mezi jednotlivci a skupinami na pracovišti. Nakonec pochopíte, proč je to na pracovišti tak důležité, a kroky, které můžete podniknout k překonání kulturních překážek a zlepšení komunikace v organizaci.

Abstract:

Our world is more interconnected than ever before, and this fact has led to many changes in the businesses and organizations operate. variety of factors blend together to make cross-cultural communication become an important part of organizational success. This thesis introduces the importance of cross-cultural communication and negotiation, and uses cases to illustrate that effective communication is essential for any organization, regardless of its industry. However, in order to understand the conditions required for effective communication, you must understand different cultural factors that affect the people interact with each other. It is essential to understand how cultural factors affect communication between individuals and groups in the workplace. Finally, you will understand why this it is so important in the workplace, and the steps you can take to overcome cultural barriers and improve communication within the organization.
