Professiogram of a Health and Social Worker in Psychiatric Facilities and Mental Health Centers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Profesiogramu zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v psychiatrických zařízeních a centrech duševního zdraví. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje práci a kompetence zdravotně sociálního pracovníka v těchto zařízeních, metody, které využívá a definuje osobnostní a profesní požadavky, které jsou vyžadovány. Jsou zde popisovány hlavní cíle psychiatrických zařízeních a center duševního zdraví, a cílová skupina pacientů, kterou se pracovníci v uvedených zařízení zabývají. Praktická část je zaměřena na zdravotně sociální pracovníky při prací s pacienty s duševním onemocněním. Cílem výzkumu praktické části byla snaha o porozumění zkušeností zdravotně sociálního pracovníka na místech určené pro osoby s duševním onemocněním.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the Professiogram of a Health and Social Worker in Psychiatric Facilities and Mental Health Centers. This bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the work and competencies of the health and social worker in these facilities, the methods used, and the definitions of personal and professional specifications that are required. It describes the main goals of psychiatric hospitals and mental health centers, and the target group of patients that the staff in these facilities work with. The practical part is focused on experience with personality-disordered patients. The aim of the research was an effort to understand the experience of a health and social worker in places intended for people with mental illness.
