Regulation of Banks in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tématem této práce je právní úprava činnosti bank a vývoj regulace kapitálové přiměřenosti v České republice. Pomocí metody analýzy a historické komparace byla zdůvodněna nezbytnost regulace činnosti bank a odhaleny silné a slabé stránky jednotlivých etap vývoje legislativy. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is banking regulation and development of capital adequacy ratio. Using of methods of analysis and historical comparison was justified necessity of bank regulation and revealed strengths and weakness of each development stage. Based on the comparison the negative trends in regulation of capital adequacy were shown. This finding may leads to legislation change.
