Jakékoliv biomedicínské použití lidských ES buněk je podmíněno detailním pochopením jejich biologických vlastností a molekulárních mechanismů, které je určují. Mezi ně patří také schopnost lidských ES buněk propagovaných in vitro dlouhodobě podržet integritu genomu. Abstract:
It is very important to know a mechanisms which regulated biologic of human embryonic stem cells. Here belongs keep integrity of genome too. In prevention of accumulation of demage of DNA share roles PML bodies too. Aim of my diploma thesis is analysed number, shape and capacity of those PML bodies in hESCs and find some conexion of those paramatrs with long-term cultivation of those hESCs.
