Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Kvalita péče o těžce nebo nevyléčitelně nemocné osoby v Domově pro seniory Zastávka u Brna“ se zabývá otázkou kvality péče o osoby těžce nebo nevyléčitelně nemocné – zda úroveň péče o osoby těžce nebo nevyléčitelně nemocné v kolektivních zařízeních zajišťuje důstojný život uživatelů a respektuje jejich specifické potřeby. Výzkumná část práce se uskutečnila v Domově pro seniory Zastávka u Brna. Domov pro seniory je určen osobám starším 62 let, které mají z důvodu věku a zdravotního stavu sníženou soběstačnost nebo omezenou pohyblivost, terénní služby jsou pro ně nedostačující a potřebují trvalou sociální a ošetřovatelskou péči. Především jsem se zabývala spokojenosti uživatelů s poskytovanými službami. Ve výzkumu jsem se zaměřila na zodpovězení otázek: 1. zda důvod pro vstup do zařízení ovlivňuje spokojenost uživatelů s poskytovanou službou 2. nakolik personál Domova hraje roli ve spokojenosti uživatelů s poskytovanou službou 3. zda Domov pro seniory Zastávka u Brna zajišťuje komplexní péči o seniory – tedy zda je řešena i otázka umírání a smrti

Abstract:

The thesis „The quality of seriously or incurable sick-nursing in The retirements home in Zastavka u Brna“ deals with the question of the nursing quality for the seriously sick and incurable sick persons and whether the standard of seriously and incurable sick-nursing ensures the worthy life for the users and respects their specific needs. The research part of the thesis was done in The retirements home in Zastavka u Brna. This home is intended for the persons of the age of 62 and older who have reduced self-sufficiency or limited mobility, field services are deficient for them and they need the permanent social work and nursing due to their age or their health state. First of all I dealt with the users´ contentment with the provided services. In the research I aimed at answering of the following questions: 1. whether the reason for entering The retirements home influences the users´contentment with the provided services 2. how much the staff is responsible for the users´ contentment with the provided services 3. whether The retirements home in Zastavka u Brna provides the total nursing for seniors – even whether the question of dying and death is solved.
