Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Vliv odměňování a hodnocení na motivaci zaměstnanců" je zjištění, zda mohou vysoké školy vzhledem ke stávajícím pravidlům financování vytvořit transparentní a spravedlivý systém odměňování, který zaměstnance motivuje nejen k plnění cílů organizace, ale přispívá i ke zkvalitnění terciálního vzdělávání.
