Abstract:
Protein p73 je členem rodiny nádorových supresorů p53. Jako transkripční faktor je protein p73 schopen regulovat expresi řady cílových genů, a tím ovlivňovat buněčný vývoj, apoptózu a také nádorové bujení. Pro jeho správnou funkci je rozhodující schopnost vazby na DNA. Pro vysokou strukturní i sekvenční homologii centrálních DNA - vazebných domén proteinů rodiny p53 - je i protein p73 schopen interagovat …more
Abstract:
Protein p73 is a member of the tumor supresor p53 family. As a transcription factor protein p73 is capable of regulating the expression of a number of target genes and thus influence the cell development, apoptosis and tumor growth.
