Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je odměňování zaměstnanců. Práce je složena ze dvou částí – teoretické a aplikační. Teoretická část se zabývá významem odměňování zaměstnanců, motivací a jeho přínosy. Aplikační část analyzuje celkový systém odměňování na MPSV. Cílem práce je zhodnotit mzdový systém. K naplnění cíle bude použita dotazníková metoda.

The subject of this thesis is the remuneration in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, European Social Fund Management Department. The theoretical part deals with the significance of employees remuneration, motivation and its contributions. The practical part analyzes the whole system of remuneration.
