Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce Strategické řízení podniků v oboru stavebnictví je navrhnout vhodné strategie pomocí strategické analýzy. V první části je teoreticky popsáno strategické řízení a všechny jeho části s důrazem na strategickou analýzu. V další části je pak provedena strategická analýza podniku LÁTAL, s.r.o. Na závěr je provedena syntéza a navrženy vhodné strategie podniku.
Abstract:
The subject of the diploma thesis “Strategic management in building industry” is to offer appropriate strategies based on strategic analysis. In the first part, strategic management and all of its parts with an emphasis on strategic analysis are described. In the next part, stategic analysis of the company LÁTAL s.r.o. is made.
