Abstract:

Anotace Téma práce: Přínosy a limity použití expresivních technik během výběrového pohovoru ve vybrané organizaci Diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem umění ve firmách, konkrétně použitím expresivních technik během výběrového pohovoru. Jejím cílem je nalézt odpovědi na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jaké jsou přínosy a limity expresivních technik použitých během výběrového pohovoru ve vybrané organizaci? Teoretická část se věnuje konceptu Umění ve firmách. Další kapitoly popisují expresivní techniky a výběrový pohovor. Metodologická část představuje kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii, výzkumný vzorek a proces jeho výběru. V empirické části dochází k analýze a interpretaci získaných dat. Závěrečná diskuze následně zodpovídá hlavní výzkumnou otázku a nabízí doporučení, která mohou pomoci zkvalitnit používání expresivních technik ve vybrané organizaci. Počet slov: 28 707

Abstract:

Annotation Theme of the Thesis: The benefits and the limits of using expressive techniques in job interview in the selected organization This Master thesis deals with the issue of arts in business. In particular, using of expressive techniques during job interview. The goal is to answer the question “What are the benefits and the limits of expressive techniques used in job interviews in selected organization?” The theoretical part describes the concept of Art in companies, which is followed by description of expressive techniques and job interviews. The methodological part presents qualitative research strategy, research sample and the selection of the sample. In the empirical section of the thesis there is the analysis and the interpretation of gathered data. The final discussion answers the main research question and recommends resolutions which could help increase the quality of using expressive techniques in the selected organization.
