Abstract:
Cílem práce nazvané Společná trestní politika Evropské unie jako důsledek procesu „spillover“ je analýza činnosti Evropské unie v oblasti tresní regule. Pozornost věnuji propojenosti a prolínání komunitárního a unijního pilíře EU. Rozebrána je taktéž úloha Evropského soudního dvoru. Práce se taktéž zabývá možným budoucím vývojem ve zkoumané oblasti.
Abstract:
Common Criminal Policy of the European Union as an Outcome of the “Spillover” Process. Relations between the I. and III. pillar of the European Union. Function of the ECJ. Prediction of the incoming development in the area of the criminal policy.
