Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem růstu krystalů GeS2 v taveninách systému Ge-S. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika chalkogenidových skel, struktura GeS2, oblast sklotvornosti systému Ge-S, princip nukleace a mechanismy růstu krystalů. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is a study of crystal growth of GeS2 in Ge-S undercooled melts. In the theoretical part properties of chalcogenide glasses, structure of GeS2, glass formation, princip of nucleation and crystallization and mechanism of crystal growth are described.
