Burnout syndrome among secondary school teachers
Abstract:
Závěrečná práce se zabývá syndromem vyhoření u učitelů středních škol (SŠ). V práci jsou uvedeny teoretické informace o syndromu vyhoření a profesi učitele, včetně dotazníků, kterými se dá stanovit syndrom vyhoření. Zároveň jsou uvedeny v práci praktické poznatky z oblasti prevence syndromu vyhoření a jeho zmírnění (například formou terapií nebo různých strategií).

The final thesis deals with the burnout syndrome among secondary school teachers (SŠ). The thesis presents theoretical information about burnout syndrome and the teaching profession, including questionnaires that can be used to determine burnout syndrome.
