The Expected Development in Banking Regulation and Supervision according to Basel III in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá dopadem nových pravidel bankovní regulace a dohledu Basel III na ČR. Její první část uvádí problematiku bankovní regulace a dohledu. Dále popisuje historický vývoj basilejských dohod se zaměřením na nejnovější verzi Basel III. V poslední části tato práce analyzuje dopad nových pravidel na český bankovní sektor.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the impact of new standards in banking regulation and supervision according to Basel III on the Czech Republic. It introduces issues of banking regulation and supervision in its first part. Further, it describes historical development of Basel Accords with main focus on its newest version Basel III.
