Children's group as a part of childcare policy in the perspectives of parents, employers and experts

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá nově navrhovaným nástrojem dětská skupina jako opatřením pro usnadnění harmonizace rodiny a zaměstnání a to z hlediska klíčových aktérů- rodičů, zaměstnavatelů a odborníků v oblasti péče o děti. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní tematické okruhy, tedy problematika nerovnováhy mezi prací a rodinou, opatření harmonizace rodiny a práce, dětská skupina. V metodologické části je představena výzkumná strategie, operacionalizace dílčích výzkumných otázek a postup výzkumu a analýzy dat. Empirická část přináší interpretaci rozhovorů s rodiči, zaměstnavateli a odborníky. V závěru je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a jsou zde shrnuta nejvýznamnější zjištění a uvedena vyplývající doporučení. Délka textu je: 22 662 slov základního textu.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the newly proposed instrument- The Children's group- as a measure to facilitate the balancing work and family life perceived by the key stakeholders-parents, employers and child care experts. In the theoretical part is introduced the basic thematic areas, namely the issue of the imbalance between work and family life, the measure of harmonisation of family and work, a children's group. In the methodological section is presented the research strategy, the operationalisation of the research questions and the process of research and data analysis. The empirical part presents an interpretation of the conversations with parents, employers and professionals. At the end of the work is the main research question answered and there are summarized the most important findings and reported under recommendation. Word count of the text is: 22 662 words.
