Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Podnikatelský plán pro založení masážního a relaxačního centra“ je představení problematiky přípravy na založení a provozování podnikatelské činnosti na základě zpracování podnikatelského plánu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení samotného významu a obsahu jednotlivých částí plánu. Aplikační část je zahájena průzkumem trhu formou dotazníkového šetření mezi potenciálními klienty v hlavním městě Praze. Následuje vyhodnocení zjištěných informací. Na jejich základě jsou následně vypracovány jednotlivé dílčí plány (marketingový, obchodní, finanční, plán rizik atd.). Úspěšnost daného podnikatelského záměru a zakladatelského rozpočtu je v konečné fázi hodnocena za pomoci zkoumání efektivnosti a výnosnosti dané investice.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis „The business plan for the establishment of massage and relaxation center“ is the introduction of the issue of preparation for setting a business and consequent operating it based on an elaborated business plan. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of the very own meaning and on the knowledge of content of particular parts of the plan. The practical part begins with the market research in the form of a questionnaire survey among the potential clients in the capital city of Prague. It is followed by an evaluation of information received. According to these information the particular plans (marketing, sales, financial plan, plan of risks etc.) are created. The success of the business intention and of the business budget is in the very final phase evaluated by exploration of efficiency and profitability of the investment.
