Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu personální činnosti v podniku XY. Dále personální činnost v podniku zhodnotit, identifikovat její silné a slabé stránky a popřípadě navrhnout optimalizaci personální činnosti v podniku pro zvýšení efektivity personálních prací. The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse personnel activity in selected company, then to evaluate this activity and identify strengths and weaknesses and finally to point out the problem areas and suggest recommendation for optimization.
