Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo prozkoumat vztah mezi sebehodnocením, self-efficacy, lokalizací kontroly, emoční regulací a pracovní spokojeností u 137 jazykových lekto-rů v ČR. Testová baterie byla složena ze čtyř sebeposuzovacích škál. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to investigate the relationship between self-esteem, self-efficacy, locus of control, emotional regulation and job satisfaction among 137 language teachers in the Czech Republic.
