Chronická lymfocytární leukémie (CLL) je hematoonkologické onemocnění s velmi variabilním klinickým průběhem. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is haemato-oncology cancer with very variable progression. By the prognostic markers patients can be separated into two different groups with significantly different level of survival.
