Abstract:

Personální audit, jako moderní manažerský nástroj řízení, je v diplomové práci využit v rovině analýzy současného stavu prováděných personálních činností a procesů v organizaci probíhajících. Téma je nahlíženo z hlediska organizace, jejích strategií a definovaných cílů na jedné straně a zároveň z hlediska zaměstnanců, lidských zdrojů na straně druhé. Práce je zaměřena na nežádoucí sociální jev v organizaci, fluktuaci. V rovině teoretické je využito významných pramenů z pera erudovaných odborníků v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů, které podtrhují a okreslují danou problematiku. Praktická část je výsledkem provedeného průzkumu mezi respondenty s cílem analyzovat příčiny problému, tyto statisticky zpracovat a nastínit možná řešení pro zaměstnavatele. V práci je využita kvantitativní metoda zpracování dat s použitím matematických a statistických funkcí a operací, pro názornost je využito grafického a tabulkového zobrazení výsledků průzkumu.

Abstract:

A personal audit, as a modern managerial tool of control , is used in this thesis on the level of currently applied personal activities and processes when running in the today´s common enterprise.of it v. TheTheme should be comprehended from the viewpoint of the enterprise in question. Taking into account both its strategy and predefined targets , without missing the employees i.e., The human sources in general This work targets the unwelcome social phenomenon - the employees turnover as well. On the theoretic level, this thesis takes information that has been published by outastanding experts in the scope of human sources, so that the results applied in practicing the field survey accentuate and underline themselves.. The data from practical survey include reactions of addressed informants; The data were statistictcally processed to reveal the real causes of the problem and to sketch out possible solution for the scope of the said employer. Mathematical tools used in the solution are statistical functions and/or operations, using tables, and charts describing the survey.
