Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou podnikatelského subjektu Hubertka Louny z pohledu mikroprostředí a makroprostředí. Ověřuje, jak společnosti pracuje se stávajícími zákazníky a získává nové. Práce se dále zabývá silnými a slabými stránkami podnikatelského subjektu a zároveň i hrozbami a jeho příležitostmi. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy pro další rozvoj subjektu.
Abstract:
This work deals with the analysis of the business subject Hubertek Louna from the point of view of the microenvironment and macroenvironment. It verifies how the company works with existing customers and acquires new ones. The work also deals with the strengths and weaknesses of the business entity as well as threats and opportunities.
