The stabilization of selected group employees of building company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce (22988 slov základního textu) na uvedené téma se zaměřuje na možnosti stabilizace vybrané skupiny zaměstnanců ve stavební společnosti. Vybranou skupinou jsou absolventi vysokých škol, kteří pracují ve firmě, která patří mezi největší společnosti na trhu stavebních prací v České republice. Autor objasňuje současné strategie, kterými se firmy snaží řešit stabilitu zaměstnanců v návaznosti na používané personální nástroje a stimulaci jejich vlastní motivace k setrvání v zaměstnaneckých vztazích. Pro náležitou a odbornou argumentaci autor využil, kromě studia odborné literatury a materiálů sledované stavební firmy, zejména kontaktu s dotčenou skupinou zaměstnanců, absolventů vysokých škol, jejich nadřízenými i vedoucími zaměstnanci firmy. S pomocí odkazů na materiály firmy, údaje v minulosti provedených sledování v rámci skupiny absolventů, uskutečněním rozhovorů se zástupci vedoucích zaměstnanců i absolventů autor provedl komparaci firemních předpisů se vztahem k personálním nástrojům s jejich využíváním vedoucími zaměstnanci a dopadem na stabilizaci absolventů ve stavební firmě. V závěrech práce autor hodnotí vliv aktuálně používaných personálních nástrojů, jejich přínosy a limity vzhledem ke stabilizaci absolventů a uvádí doporučení pro možná zlepšení práce s absolventy ve sledované firmě. Autor akcentuje nutnost individuálního přístupu k absolventům ve firemním prostředí a podpory jejich kariérní přípravy.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis (22988 words of key text) on the given subject focuses on possibilities of stabilizing a selected group in the building company. In this selected group are graduates working in the company which belongs between largest companies on the building works market in the Czech Republic. The author clarifies the current strategies by which companies attempt to deal with stabilization of employees in connection with using human recourses tools and stimulation of their own motivation to stay in the employment. For the appropriate and professional argumentation the author used, except studying of professional literature and materials from pursued building company, mainly contact with respective group of employees, graduates, their superiors and managers of the company. With references to materials of the company, to information from past researches in connection with graduates, to interviews made with some superiors and graduates, the author compared company regulations in relation with human resources tools with its using by superior employees and the impact to stabilizing of graduates in the building company. As outcome of the work the author assesses actually using human resources tools and their contribution and limits to graduates’ stabilizing and shows recommendation for possible improvement of work with graduates in the company. The author accepts necessary individual approach to graduates in company environment and important support of career preparing.
