The analysis of the employees motivation and satisfaction in the institution of the public administration

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o hodnocení faktorů motivace a spokojenosti ze strany řadových zaměstnanců a vedoucích pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci státní správy. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení konfrontace názorů obou stran a zjištění, jaké faktory působí v organizaci účinně na motivaci a které působí demotivačně v závislosti na dopadu restrukturalizace konkrétního typu organizace. První část práce pojednává o dosavadních poznatcích motivace a spokojenosti a jejich využití při řízení zaměstnanců. Ve druhé části je popsán motivační systém organizace a výzkum zaměřený na zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky. V závěru práce jsou uvedena výsledná zjištění. Ta byla podkladem pro návrhy na zlepšení ve prospěch personálního řízení s přihlédnutím k současným možnostem a limitům organizace.

Abstract:

The main objective of this thesis is evaluation of the factors of motivation and the satisfaction of regular employees and manager workers of chosen public administration organization. The aim is to assess the confrontation of opinions of both sides and to detect what factors influence the motivation in the organization positively and what negatively in dependence on the impact of restructuring given type of organization. The first part of the thesis is concerned with the current knowledge about motivation, satisfaction and their utilization while leading and managing the employees. In the second part we present the motivational system of the organization and the research aimed at answering the main research questions. The conclusion states the final findings which are used as a background for the proposition of improvement of personal management while taking into account current possibilities and limitations of this organization.
