Abstract:

Diplomová práce je tematicky orientovaná na problematiku naplňování sexuálních potřeb osob s mentální retardací v pobytových zařízeních sociálních služeb. Teoretická východiska práce vychází z aktuálních poznatků z oblasti klasifikace a diagnostiky mentální retardace, členění služeb sociální péče, sexuality, sexuální výchovy, osvěty a prevence sexuálního zneužívání osob s mentálním postižením a metod a forem práce se sexualitou v rámci organizace. Praktická část je zaměřena na prezentaci výzkumného šetření orientovaného na způsoby a možnosti naplňování sexuálních potřeb u osob s mentálním postižením v pobytových zařízeních sociálních služeb. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou formulována doporučení pro zkvalitnění přístupu personálu pobytových služeb a následnému zlepšení naplňování sexuálních potřeb uživatelů sociálních služeb s ohledem na jejich specifické potřeby.

Abstract:

The thesis thematically focuses on the issue of meeting the sexual needs of people with mental disabilities in residential social services. The theoretical basis of the work is based on the current knowledge of the classification and the diagnosis of mental disabilities, the breakdown of social care services, sexuality, sexual education, the awareness and the prevention of sexual abuse of people with mental disabilities and the methods and ways of dealing with sexuality within the organization. The practical part focuses on the presentation of the research-oriented ways and means of fulfilling the sexual needs of people with mental disabilities who live in residential social services (homes). Based on the results of the study, some recommendations were formulated to improve the attitudes of the housing services staff and also the subsequent improvement in fulfilling the sexual needs of the users of social services with respect to their specific needs.
