Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Sociální práce v sociálním bydlení a skládá se z teoretické a aplikační části. Cílem práce je popsat problematiku sociálního bydlení a zmapovat průběh práce sociálních pracovníků v sociálním bydlení. V první části se zaměřuji na teoretický základ, v němž charakterizuji službu sociálního bydlení a s ním související pojmy. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na legislativu. Třetí část uvádí prevenci ztráty bydlení. Následující kapitola popisuje metodiku sociální práce v sociálním bydlení. Pátá, tedy poslední část uvádí metody reintegrace do bydlení prostřednictvím Housing ready, Housing first a Rapid Re-Housing. V aplikační části práce jsem se na základě získaných kazuistik rozhodla pro jejich komparaci. Výsledkem této části je zmapování rozdílů práce sociálních pracovníků s klienty v sociálním bydlení a Housing first.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is created on the topic of Social work in social housing and it consists of the teoretical and application part. The aim of the thesis is to describe problematics of social housing and to evaluate the process of social workers in social housing. In the first part I focus on the teoretic base and characterize social housing service and other concepts. The second chapter describes the legislation. The third part talks about the prevention of housing loss. The next chapter describes a methodology of social work in social housing. The last part submits methods of return to the housing with Housing ready, Housing first and Rapid Re-Housing. In application part I decided to compare case studies. The result of the application part is the evaluation about differences service social workers with clients in social housing and Housing first.
