Abstract:

Téma preeklampsie je aktuální v oboru gynekologie a porodnictví protože se stále zjišťují nové informace a možnosti léčby u této závažné komplikace v těhotenství. I kvalitní poskytovaná ošetřovatelská péče u tohoto onemocnění může pomoci klientce lépe zvládat průběh nemoci. Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Ošetřovatelská péče o ženu s preeklampsií" se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u klientky s preeklampsií a je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem práce je vytvoření podrobného ošetřovatelského plánu péče, který by mohl být inspirací pro porodní asistentky v praxi. Teoretická část popisuje co je to preeklampsie, uvádí rizikové faktory, klinické příznaky, diagnostiku, laboratorní ukazatele, možnosti prevence, léčbu, komplikace a také se věnuje roli porodní asistentky v péči o ženu s preeklampsií a navrhuje nejčastější ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Dále je v teoretické části uvedena péče o ženu s preeklampsií po porodu a v šestinedělí. V praktické části je podrobně popsána kazuistika klientky s onemocněním preeklampsií hospitalizované ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava. Z informací čerpaných od klientky a ze zdravotnické dokumentace byl sestaven ošetřovatelský plán péče. Po podrobném popisu ošetřovatelského posouzení v jednotlivých doménách je popsán ošetřovatelský plán péče včetně ošetřovatelských diagnóz, kde byl použitý diagnostický systém NANDA International.

Abstract:

The topic of preeclampsia is the current in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics because it is still finding new information and treatment options for this serious complication in pregnancy. Even high-quality nursing care provided in this disease can help the client better manage the progression of the disease. Bachelor thesis on the topic of ,,Nursing care for the woman with the preeclampsia "deals with the nursing process in clients with preeclampsia and it is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The objective is to create a detailed nursing care plan of care that could be the inspiration for a midwife in the practice. The theoretical part describes what is preeclampsia, lists the risk factors, clinical signs, diagnosis, laboratory indicators, prevention, treatment options, complications and also deals the role of the midwife in the care of a woman with a preeclampsia and suggests the most common nursing diagnosis. In addition, the theoretical part mentioned care the woman with preeclampsia after childbirth and in the post-natal period. In the practical part of the case report described in detail the client with preeclampsia disease hospitalised in the Faculty hospital Ostrava. Nursing care plan has been drawn up from the information gathered from clients and from the medical records. After a detailed description of the nursing assessment in each domain it is described the nursing care plan including nursing diagnoses, where was used the diagnostic system NANDA International.
