Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komparaci stravování 2 domovů pro seniory v Ústeckém kraji. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit rozsah nabízených jídel, jejich kvalitu a spokojenost klientů. The bachelor thesis is focused on the catering comparsion of 2 nursing homes in the Ústí nad Labem region. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out the range of offered meals, their quality and client satisfaction.
