Abstract:

HRDINA, Robin. Podnikatelský záměr. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha 2019. 62 s. Bakalářská práce je vypracována s cílem navrhnout podnikatelský záměr na provozování hotelu pro psy a zjištění jeho zhodnocení. Záměr by měl sloužit jako podklad pro zrealizování tohoto nápadu. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, podnikatelský záměr, finanční plán, cizí zdroje financování, analýzy okolního prostředí a SWOT analýza. V praktické části je nejdříve popsána metodika práce a podnik. Konkrétně kde se podnik nachází, co je pro něj specifické, cíle podnikání a organizační struktura. Poté je zpracována analýza pěti sil, PESTLE analýza a SWOT analýza. Je zvolen zdroj financování a porovnány jeho druhy. Dále je podrobně vypracován finanční plán, ve kterém je zpracována finanční stránka podniku a zhodnocuje se ekonomická situace podniku. Je určena cena za služby a spočítány náklady a tržby. V předpokládaném vývoji začne podnik vykazovat zisk v sedmém roce. Následuje zahajovací rozvaha a výkaz zisků a ztrát za první rok podnikání. Ve třetí části jsou uvedeny konkrétní návrhy pro podnikatelský záměr.

HRDINA, Robin. Business plan. [Bachelor’s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague 2019. 62 p. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose a business plan of operating a hotel for dogs and find out whether can be this business profitable. The plan should be treated as a foundation for implementing this idea. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts, business plan, financial plan, foreign sources of financing, analysis of surroundings and SWOT analysis. Methodology of work and the company are described in the practical part. Specifically where is the business situated, what are the specifics of this business, organizational structure and business goals. The analysis then discuss Porter's Five Forces, PESTLE and SWOT analysis. The source of funding is chosen and the possible types of funding are compared. After that, financial plan is described in detail. Financial aspects of the company are discussed and the economic situation of the company is evaluated. The price of services is determined. Costs and revenues are calculated. According to the assumed prognose, the enterprise will profit during the seventh year of operating. Shortly afterwards is discussed the opening balance sheet, the profit statement and the loss statement for the first year of the business. In the third part of the thesis, concrete suggestions for the business plan are proposed.
