Listinné akcie na doručitele skýtají svým vlastníkům značnou míru anonymity a pro svou formu patří v České republice k velmi rozšířeným. Bearer shares in paper form provide to their owners a considerable level of anonymity and they are quite popular in the Czech Republic. The subject of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the laws that were approved in connection with re-codification of Czech civil law.
