Abstract:
V této práci je testován nový pasivní vzorkovač na bázi agarosového hydrogelu se silně hydrofilním, vodou smáčitelným, univerzálním sorbentem s reverzní fází pro stanovení a vyhodnocení pasivního vzorkování ve vodě a rybích tkáních pro perfluorované alkylové látky (PFASs). Abstract:
In this thesis new agarose hydrogel-based passive sampler with strongly hydrophilic, reversed-phase, water-wettable, all-purpose Oasis sorbent is tested to establish and evaluate passive sampling method for perfluorinated alkyl substances (PFASs) in water and fish tissue.
