Tactical training - triage of affected people during an emergency

Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá zvládáním specifické mimořádné události, a to události s hromadným postižením osob. Cílem práce je příprava a realizace taktického cvičení Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky se zaměřením na primární třídění při mimořádné události s hromadným postižením osob. V teoretické části se pojednává o integrovaném záchranném systému, Hasičském záchranném sboru České republiky a probírají se jeho úkoly, struktura, organizace i systém plošného pokrytí kraje. Dále je zde zaměření na mimořádnou událost s důrazem na mimořádnou událost s hromadným postižením osob a typovou činnost, která nám pomáhá ji zvládnout. Teoretickou část zakončí problematika taktických cvičení a jejich sounáležitosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na podklady taktického cvičení (námět, organizační pokyn i plán) a dále na realizaci s hodnocením, kdy se probírá postup zvládání mimořádné události a zhodnocení, co proběhlo správně a kde byly nedostatky.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor's thesis deals with managing a specific extraordinary event, namely an event with mass casualties. The aim of the thesis is to prepare and implement a tactical exercise of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic focused on primary triage during an extraordinary event with mass casualties. The theoretical part discusses the integrated rescue system, the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, and its tasks, structure, organization, and the system of regional coverage. It also focuses on extraordinary events with an emphasis on events with mass casualties and the typical activity that help us manage it. The theoretical part concludes with the issue of tactical exercises and their relevance. The practical part focuses on the preparation of materials for the tactical exercise (subject, organizational directive and plan), as well as on its implementation and evaluation where the process of managing an extraordinary event is discusses.
