Long-term speech therapy of children with impaired communication ability

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dlouhodobou logopedickou intervenci u třech vybraných dětí s narušenou komunikační schopností. Popisuje, jak probíhala intervence od jejího počátku v předškolním věku až po současnost a určuje její specifika. Teoretická část práce je tvořena dvěma kapitolami, v nichž jsou vymezena východiska pro výzkumnou část. V první kapitole jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, popsána ontogenezí řeči, vývoj řeči v jazykových rovinách, specifika mladšího školního věku a narušená komunikační schopnost a její vybrané formy. Druhá kapitola se zabývá logopedickou intervencí, vzděláváním a další podporou dětí s narušenou komunikační schopností. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce obsahuje kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, které bylo prováděno pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s rodiči a logopedkami dětí. V závěru jsou zahrnuty závěry a zhodnocení výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the description of a long-term speech therapy of three chosen children with impaired communication ability. It describes speech therapy from its incepiton in pre-school age to the present and describes its specifics. The first chapter deals with the explanation of basic consepts in field of speech, speech development, language grades, specifics of early age. Also describes chosen forms of impaired communication ability and factors affecting children’s communication ability. The second chapter deals with a speech therapy, education and other support of children with impaired communication ability. The practical part consists of qualitative method, where all the information was obtained with the help of a semi-structured interview. The interview was conducted with partents and speech therapists of the children. Tjere are also conclusions and evaluations at the end of the practical part.
