Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na controlling v podniku Mölnlycke Health Care ProcedurePak s.r.o. Cílem bylo provést controllingové šetření zaměřené na odchylky mezi plánovaným a skutečným stavem vybraných položek rozvahy, výkazu zisků a ztrát či položkami přímo souvisejícími s výrobou za rok 2020. This diploma thesis is focused on a financial controlling of the company Mölnlycke Health Care ProcedurePak s.r.o.
